Jayne (she/her) works as an IBCLC supporting families and caregivers in western North Carolina. She will be serving Buncombe and the surrounding counties providing home visits with Birthstone. She has had the privilege of working with families in the in-patient, special care nursery, outpatient, birth center, home, and community settings. Through these opportunities, Jayne has found special interests in perinatal mental health, oral function, and infant/young child feeding in emergencies. Her endless curiosity drives Jayne’s work in the first-food field where she prioritizes non-judgmental, evidence guided, trauma sensitive care and believes in expanding connection through a wide aperture for human experiences.
