I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula, loss doula, and certified placenta specialist. Currently, I’m also working towards certifications in childbirth education and prenatal yoga. As a mother of three, I've personally experienced the challenges of birth, breastfeeding, and early parenthood. I know how transformative the right support can be. I'm deeply passionate about walking alongside families through these life-changing moments. I truly believe every family deserves the guidance of a doula, regardless of cost, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help families thrive during some of life’s most significant moments.

In my free time, I enjoy baking (especially sourdough), hiking with my family, reading, and listening to music or a good podcasts.
