Samantha Knowles, Massage Therapist

I’m a passionate healer with a deep connection to both mind and body. My journey began in the Army, where I developed a love for physical fitness and strength. After overcoming a sports injury, I discovered the transformative power of yoga. This led me to dedicate the next ten years to studying and practicing the art, eventually earning my Master Level Yoga Instructor certification in India.

In addition to yoga, I am a Master Level Reiki Practitioner with three years of experience working with energy healing. I’ve also become a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, specializing in Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Breast Massage, and Chair Massage.

I’m passionate about making bodywork and wellness accessible to my community, with a particular focus on women, veterans, and children.

As a DONA International trained birth doula, I have specialized experience supporting those navigating grief, trauma, miscarriage, C-sections, VBACs, high-risk pregnancies, and abortion. I also have a background as a CNA and Combat Lifesaver.

Outside of my professional work, I’m a mother of three children and my last was my rainbow baby, which gives me a profound understanding of the journey through both the struggles and joys of life. I love to travel and connect deeply with others, and I feel most at home in the outdoors, embracing nature through sports and leisure.

I consider myself an intuitive healer and medium, with a strong connection to my guides. I offer guided meditation, intuitive readings, ceremonial breathwork, chakra management, and group facilitation. I’m one of those free-spirited, spiritual, “go with the flow” types who wants to help others navigate this wild ride we call life, all while learning and growing alongside one another.
